Partner with business leaders to deliver HR strategy and programs including talent management, performance coaching, employee relations, workforce planning, and change management. Advise on policies, support recruitment and retention initiatives, and drive people-related projects to achieve business goals.

Serve as operational lead for the Chief Product Officer, translating strategy into execution, managing cross-functional program and product operations, building roadmaps, governance, executive communications, and driving accountability for major product launches and transformation initiatives.

Lead development of long-term revenue operations strategies, analyze and optimize processes, partner with Product Management and leadership to define tech requirements, act as a BI/Qlik SME, implement operational changes, monitor success metrics, and champion cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and reimbursement and billing accuracy.
