Serves as the initial contact for prospective clients, guiding them through sign-up and onboarding, collecting and verifying documentation, answering questions, and explaining legal services and timelines. Maintains client relationships through telephone follow-up, documents conversations, resolves concerns, and reports issues to management. Requires bilingual English-Spanish communication, adherence to scripts, strong organization, confidentiality, and customer-service skills.

Manage the law firm's daily administrative operations, including office logistics, supplies, support staff, reporting, documentation, communications, and workflow coordination. Partner with HR on onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and interviews; collaborate with leadership to address operational gaps; track milestones and interruptions; maintain procedures and confidentiality; and support organizational events. The role requires independent decision-making, strong organization, communication, leadership, and flexibility to work Saturdays or travel as needed.
