Teams at Merchants Fleet

Territory-based individual contributor responsible for hunting and growing fleet management accounts across MD, VA, DE, and northern NC. Use consultative sales to identify stakeholders, present leasing and fleet solutions (including EV conversions), manage CRM, negotiate deals, assess creditworthiness, and retain/expand client relationships. Home-office based with periodic regional travel.

Individual contributor responsible for generating and closing short-term rental business through prospecting, relationship development, client presentations, and territory management. Maintain Salesforce pipeline, collaborate with internal teams, conduct in-person and virtual meetings, gather market intelligence, and meet sales targets while working from a home office with periodic travel.

Serve as primary relationship owner for a portfolio of clients, deliver strategic fleet solutions across the vehicle lifecycle, drive retention and growth, use analytics and CRM tools to manage account performance, collaborate cross-functionally, and support operational excellence and client education.
