Supports compensation and benefits strategy, analysis, governance, and communication. Conducts market pricing, pay equity, compensation planning, benefits evaluation, and career architecture analysis. Partners with HR, Finance, Payroll, HRIS, vendors, and business leaders to provide recommendations, maintain compensation structures, improve processes, and ensure compliance. Requires advanced Excel, HRIS experience, strong analytical and communication skills, discretion with confidential data, and responsible use of AI-enabled tools.

Leads enterprise work redesign initiatives that integrate AI into workflows, roles, operating models, and team practices. Partners with business leaders to assess current-state processes, define measurable outcomes, facilitate redesign workshops, implement pilots, enable organizational change, and track adoption. Develops scalable work design methods, playbooks, documentation, dashboards, and measurement approaches while identifying opportunities to improve coordination, decision-making, and team effectiveness.

Develops AI-enabled playbooks, templates, communications, training, and other assets that help employees adopt future-forward ways of working. Supports and coordinates a companywide Change Champion community, gathers feedback, tracks adoption through dashboards and metrics, maintains documentation, and identifies opportunities to improve or scale practices. The role works cross-functionally to promote knowledge-led collaboration, effective AI usage, and organizational change across Mercury.
