Leads Mercy Ships’ fleet-wide technical services team, prioritizing specialist support across vessel maintenance, dry dockings, repairs, modifications, and asset lifecycle planning. Reviews technical solutions for safety, regulatory compliance, maintainability, and operational suitability; monitors maritime regulations and classification requirements; manages major equipment replacement cases; and develops technical personnel. The role requires extensive maritime engineering leadership, international travel, and collaboration with shipyards, vendors, vessel teams, classification societies, and flag states.
