Leads client software deployments from initial implementation through subsequent releases. Gathers credentials, requirements, and documentation; prepares and reviews product workbooks; troubleshoots third-party issues; supports configuration validation and UAT activities; and helps clients understand software capabilities and best practices. Coordinates project resources and timelines while acting as a liaison between clients and internal departments, including Product.

Designs, builds, and maintains scalable ETL and data processing pipelines supporting analytics, forecasting, risk, and customer insights. Leads complex SQL development, data modeling, governance, quality, lineage, security, and compliance. Partners with engineering, finance, sales, compliance, product, analysts, and data scientists to translate requirements into reliable workflows. Evaluates emerging technologies, leads proof-of-concepts, and develops automated solutions using Python, Spark, Databricks, cloud platforms, orchestration tools, and modern data warehouses.

Drive revenue growth by acquiring new mortgage-industry customers and expanding existing accounts. Manage complex enterprise sales cycles, build a qualified pipeline, lead RFPs and stakeholder negotiations, identify cross-selling opportunities, and provide mortgage-market insights to influence product strategy.
