Teams at Merz Aesthetics

Supports Capital Territory Managers in prospecting, qualifying leads, coordinating and delivering medical device demonstrations, managing customer communications, updating sales pipelines, and assisting throughout the capital sales process. The role develops skills in needs assessment, value-based selling, negotiation, and closing while supporting sales of aesthetic medical equipment to physicians and practices.

Lead and develop a West-region team of capital territory managers and specialists to drive capital equipment sales (e.g., Ultherapy Prime). Own regional capital sales strategy, P&L, forecasting, recruiting, deal approvals, and cross-functional alignment to meet revenue goals while maintaining compliance and strong customer/KOL relationships.
