Build and own Method’s visual and interactive design layer across its website, design system, demos, dashboard, and embedded product. Develop shader-based Three.js/WebGL experiences, polished data visualizations, motion, generative UI, and JSON-driven component libraries. Partner with engineering and design leadership to establish aesthetic direction, make technical tradeoffs, reduce contractor reliance, contribute to open source, and eventually help grow the design team.
