Develop new business, structure complex financings, underwrite and analyze credit, conduct real estate valuation, and maintain long-term relationships with agricultural clients and industry stakeholders. The role requires strong agricultural lending expertise, business development skills, portfolio management capabilities, and an established regional network.

Provides financial support for group insurance clients through billing management, financial reporting, data analysis, reconciliations, revenue projections, audits, and data integrity oversight. The role also develops risk mitigation strategies, supports governance and risk appetite compliance, and improves risk practices through training, stakeholder engagement, analytics, and emerging technologies.

Performs daily accounting functions supporting incoming and outgoing funds, including wire processing, disbursements, misdirected money, suspense reconciliations, and cash reconciliations. Analyzes financial transactions, maintains general ledger accounts, investigates discrepancies, resolves reconciliation exceptions, and improves accounting processes, controls, and compliance. Own production health and performance for AI-enabled claims products across Disability & Leave. Monitor SLAs and UX, lead incident triage and RCA, prioritize fixes with engineering and operations, drive systemic improvements, and oversee FINEOS/Catalyst integration and optimization.

Partner with U100 sales to drive small-business growth by delivering analysis, reports, dashboards, and strategic sales support. Recommend process improvements, correct operational errors, lead projects, train sales on platforms, and support renewals and financial/contract evaluations.

Lead management of a $1B+ portfolio of tax equity, leveraged lease, and equity investments in infrastructure and renewables; underwrite and execute new infrastructure debt transactions; negotiate restructurings and exits; oversee monitoring, client reporting, and credit analysis; mentor an analyst and contribute to platform growth.
