The Account Executive sells MetLife's Group Benefits, maintains customer relationships, develops sales strategies, and provides financial consulting support.

Support credentialing, licensing, and regulatory workflows for licensed employees. Coordinate with Compliance, FINRA, screening teams, and vendors; provide training, reporting, backup coverage across CLEAR processes; contribute to process improvements and small projects to improve efficiency and compliance.

The Inbound Sales Representative will handle incoming sales inquiries from pet parents, optimizing leads and providing excellent customer service to drive new pet insurance policy sales.
