Lead traffic engineering projects from planning through design and construction support. Manage scopes, schedules, budgets, resources, and technical delivery of traffic studies, signal design, signing & pavement marking, and operational analyses. Coordinate with clients and agencies, ensure compliance with standards, mentor staff, support business development, and mitigate project risks.

Support implementation and optimization of pavement management systems, analyze pavement condition data (PCI, IRI, distress, structural), develop maintenance and rehabilitation strategies, prepare technical deliverables, manage projects and client coordination, and support pavement design, specifications, and QA/QC.

Support senior mechanical engineers in HVAC and plumbing design using Revit and energy modeling (Trane TRACE). Prepare layouts, perform equipment selection and calculations, review contractor submittals/RFIs, assist with LEED documentation, maintain project documentation, attend coordination meetings, and travel occasionally for project needs.
