Drive net-new business development and full-cycle sales for DATAMARK’s indoor mapping and spatial intelligence SaaS platform across East Coast commercial, public safety, and enterprise markets. Responsibilities include prospecting, presentations, proposals, contract closing, pipeline management, client relationship development, cross-selling, conference participation, procurement support, and coordination with technical delivery teams. The role is remote with up to 50% travel.

Support senior mechanical engineers in HVAC and plumbing design using Revit and energy modeling (Trane TRACE). Prepare layouts, perform equipment selection and calculations, review contractor submittals/RFIs, assist with LEED documentation, maintain project documentation, attend coordination meetings, and travel occasionally for project needs.

Leads enterprise technology sourcing across software, cloud, SaaS, telecommunications, managed services, and professional services. Manages RFPs, supplier evaluations, complex negotiations, IT contract lifecycles, renewals, supplier governance, spend analytics, benchmarking, and category strategies. Delivers cost savings and total cost of ownership improvements while partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, HR, and business stakeholders. Also advances procurement efficiency through automation, AI-enabled tools, analytics, and formal vendor performance management.
