Provides overnight telehealth psychiatric care in acute hospital and emergency department settings. Conducts psychiatric assessments, diagnoses mental health disorders, manages medications, develops treatment plans, responds to psychiatric crises, maintains medical records, and collaborates with multidisciplinary care teams. Also participates in chart audits, peer review, meetings, provider management, and regulatory compliance activities.

Develop and manage healthcare partner acquisition pipelines through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach. Conduct high-volume prospecting, schedule qualified meetings for senior leaders, document interactions in the CRM, support contract signature processes, follow up after conferences, and provide weekly progress reports. This part-time role requires at least 10 outreach calls per hour and 10 qualified meetings weekly.

The psychiatrist conducts psychiatric assessments, prescribes medications, creates treatment plans, audits charts, and collaborates with healthcare staff. They also handle crisis situations and ensure compliance with regulations.
