Teams at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities

Plans, develops, markets, and executes approximately 10 weeks of summer career exploration camps for grades 5–8. Coordinates staffing, curriculum, materials, transportation, logistics, budgets, and revenue targets while collaborating with faculty, industry partners, families, and community stakeholders. The role also supports youth workforce development and ensures camp operations cover program costs.
