Oversee portfolio performance, partner with actuarial and claims, build broker and carrier relationships, develop underwriting talent, and drive profitable premium growth and product expansion across commercial, ocean, inland marine, and specialty yacht segments.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions using LLMs, AI agents, vector databases, and cloud-native architectures. Integrate AI into underwriting and enterprise systems, implement prompt engineering, monitoring, governance, and operational best practices, and support scalable, secure AI services across the business.

Lead analysis and implementation of technology platforms: gather and document business requirements, analyze data for insights, define standards and best practices, design and execute testing, manage projects and timelines, build stakeholder relationships, and deliver presentations on progress and findings.
