The National Account Director develops and manages strategic customer relationships within Aerospace & Defense, focusing on revenue growth and account management.

Perform internal and external inspections of pressure vessels, piping, and above-ground storage tanks in refinery and plant environments. Inspect completed work, recommend and approve repairs, maintain compliance with API standards, prepare detailed reports, schedule inspection activities, and follow safety procedures. The role requires working outdoors around machinery, climbing, accessing elevated platforms, entering confined spaces, wearing safety equipment, and periodic out-of-town travel.

Performs rope access and nondestructive testing support during a temporary industrial project. Responsibilities include following rope access and safety procedures, preparing work plans and rescue protocols, conducting safety meetings, documenting field activities, supporting team performance, and maintaining compliance with radiation safety, permits, lockout/tagout, and company standards. Requires SPRAT or IRATA Level I/II certification or willingness to obtain certification through company training, plus 40-hour radiation safety certification.
