Drive go-to-market strategy for HR Solutions: conduct market research, craft positioning and messaging, lead product launches, create content and sales enablement, gather customer insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to increase product adoption and market share.

Perform pre-employment verifications by contacting employers, schools, boards and databases to confirm employment, education, licenses and references. Document findings, analyze documents, prepare accurate screening reports, meet production and quality targets, and conduct virtual I-9 Section 2 meetings.
