Supports procurement for restaurants, hotels, and clubs by sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, coordinating vendors, processing purchase orders and invoices, tracking inventory, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining procurement records. The role also provides project and administrative support, coordinates with internal teams and third parties, and monitors industry and supply trends.

Lead all on-property HR functions for a luxury, mixed-use hotel property: full-cycle onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HRIS data integrity (Paylocity preferred), payroll and leave coordination, culture and recognition programs, reporting, and pre-opening recruitment. Act as strategic partner to leadership and advocate for employees.
