Lead Swedish Hill’s multi-unit operations across Austin and expansion markets, including Dallas. Own brand-wide P&L performance, budgeting, labor efficiency, COGS, operating standards, systems, vendor networks, and market openings. Oversee bakery, cafe, deli, retail, catering, wholesale, and production operations while developing General Managers and department leaders. Report performance to senior leadership and ownership, standardize processes, and ensure consistent quality, culture, and operational execution across locations.

Lead all on-property HR functions for a luxury, mixed-use hotel property: full-cycle onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HRIS data integrity (Paylocity preferred), payroll and leave coordination, culture and recognition programs, reporting, and pre-opening recruitment. Act as strategic partner to leadership and advocate for employees.

Lead hospitality development and construction projects as the owner’s day-to-day representative. Manage schedules, consultants, contractors, budgets, permitting, construction administration, and operational turnover to deliver projects on time, on budget, and aligned with brand and operational goals.
