Leads government affairs and public policy strategy across 10–20 states, representing the company before legislatures, governors’ offices, Medicaid agencies, and regulators. Manages lobbying, legislative and regulatory monitoring, testimony, stakeholder engagement, coalition initiatives, political strategy, and contract lobbyists. Partners cross-functionally to support procurement readiness, contract retention, rate stability, compliance, and operational implementation. Requires extensive state government affairs experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and 60% travel.

Supports leadership by analyzing business processes, systems, technologies, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities. Maintains and configures business systems, provides second-level technical support, conducts audits, develops reports, validates data, and evaluates workflows. The role acts as a subject matter expert, guides technology adoption, leads initiatives, mentors junior staff, and collaborates across departments to improve efficiency and performance.

Leads Talent Acquisition operations and a recruiting team supporting high-volume and corporate hiring. Develops workforce and sourcing strategies, oversees full-cycle recruiting, monitors metrics, manages vendors, ensures legal compliance, and improves recruiting technology, automation, and AI use. Coaches and develops team members, drives performance and accountability, supports organizational change, and partners with business leaders to meet current and future workforce needs.
