The Regional Government Affairs Director will lead government affairs and public affairs initiatives, advocating for company interests across multiple states, engaging with policymakers, and implementing advocacy strategies.

Supports the full recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer discussions, applicant tracking, and onboarding assistance. Builds candidate pipelines, partners with hiring managers, communicates with stakeholders, and promotes a positive candidate experience. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, strong organization, confidentiality, adaptability, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Executes administrative and compliance onboarding tasks, including I-9 completion, background checks, reference verification, medical documentation review, file audits, and employee profile maintenance. Supports English- and Spanish-speaking new hires, manages high-volume workloads, processes internal tickets, safeguards sensitive information, and contributes to workflow improvements while ensuring employees are compliant and ready for assignment.
