Understand industrial manufacturing processes, support product trials, coordinate with internal engineering and operations teams, manage forecasts and CRM records, and travel extensively to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events.

Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Sales modules across global manufacturing deployments. Guide local teams through project phases, support adoption of global processes, collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, deliver training, ensure regulatory and program compliance, and provide subject matter expertise on workflows, data entities, reporting, and trade compliance.

Leads the people-side implementation of manufacturing transformation initiatives, including ERP projects and standard costing deployment.
