Improve local development, release processes, system reliability, and engineering standards across SaaS, mobile, and embedded products. Mentor engineers, guide platform direction, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

Lead development productivity initiatives and build secure, scalable systems supporting development, testing, infrastructure, and release delivery across SaaS, mobile, and embedded products. Design automated CI/CD and bootstrapping pipelines, improve local development and self-service tools, create reliable distributed infrastructure, enhance release processes, and mentor engineers. The role also drives platform direction, engineering best practices, collaboration, and adoption through technical guidance, demos, and training.

Produces and publishes B2B blog content covering customer stories, industries, product features, SEO, and AEO. Supports cross-functional content programs, develops AI-assisted workflows, contributes to content planning, and tracks performance to improve future production. The role requires strong research and writing skills, organization, collaboration, comfort with data, and interest in improving content operations. It is based in the Austin area with two office days per week.
