Build and ship full-stack features, integrations, and enterprise customizations for an open-source AI product. Work directly with technical partners and enterprise customers on deployments, pilots, troubleshooting, infrastructure, identity, integrations, and data access. Generalize customer needs into reusable product capabilities, maintain customizations, document deployment processes, and provide roadmap feedback. The role requires strong communication, independent execution, and experience supporting AI-enabled applications in enterprise environments.

Lead semi-monthly payroll processing for approximately 800 U.S. and Canadian employees. Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local tax regulations; resolve payroll issues; coordinate benefits deductions and external vendors; support year-end filings, audits, and reporting; improve payroll processes; and mentor a Payroll Administrator.

The Senior Financial Analyst will manage forecasting, monthly budget updates, variance analysis, close support, headcount tracking, vendor and cloud spend monitoring, and reporting for Mozilla’s Core Services organization. The role partners with Accounting, People, hiring managers, budget owners, and technical teams; maintains planning data in Pigment; explains financial drivers; and improves recurring finance processes through automation and AI-assisted workflows.
