Support and maintain enterprise job scheduling systems: troubleshoot incidents, resolve Service Desk escalations, perform system maintenance and migrations, document SOPs, participate in projects and upgrades, schedule maintenance, automate processes, and ensure regulatory and control compliance. Provide evening/weekend coverage and collaborate with application teams for testing and production deployments.

Assess, process, and clear complex residential mortgage loan applications per product, underwriting, and investor guidelines. Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, title/settlement agents, and third parties; review credit, appraisals, income and verifications; prepare closing documentation; identify and escalate risk issues; ensure regulatory compliance.

Analyze and process conventional and government loan requests, ensuring compliance with guidelines. Communicate with clients and parties involved, assess qualifications, and manage documentation effectively.
