Perform pre- and post-funding quality control audits of FHA and VA mortgage loans, identify defects, fraud red flags, and trends, communicate findings to production offices and management, support special audits and regulatory responses, and maintain compliance with internal controls and agency guidelines.

Leads product and human-centered design across digital and nondigital experiences, guiding products from vision through launch and iteration.
