Develop and execute social media strategies for a B2B SaaS brand, create campaign content, manage social calendars, engage communities, monitor reputation, handle escalations, analyze performance, and report results. The role also supports paid social advertising, employee advocacy, competitive tracking, crisis management, and video production across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X. It is fully remote with up to 10% travel and expected attendance at an annual company offsite.

Leads and develops a team of eight mid-market Account Executives, owning quota attainment, pipeline health, forecasting, coaching, hiring, and sales execution. The role drives team performance through structured operating cadences, deal inspection, CRM rigor, and data-informed coaching while partnering with Sales Leadership, RevOps, and Enablement. It also supports strategic prospect conversations, up-market growth, larger deal sizes, and sales process improvement in a remote SaaS environment.

Own month-end close activities, reconciliations, journal entries, account analysis, and complex accounting processes in a multi-entity environment. Apply U.S. GAAP, investigate discrepancies, support intercompany and consolidation accounting, maintain audit-ready records, and improve workflows using NetSuite/OneWorld, automation, AI, and related tools. Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen controls, improve data quality, and scale accounting operations.
