Develops packaging business by prospecting target organizations, building relationships with end users and influencers, identifying customer needs, and guiding opportunities through quoting, proofing, and sampling. Partners with sales, technical, R&D, supply chain, estimating, and operations teams to deliver competitive packaging solutions, grow market share, maintain supplier relationships, and support demand planning. Requires substantial customer travel across the Texas region.

Manage relationships with new and existing small-to-mid-tier customers, drive revenue growth, coordinate sales and operational activities, support forecasting and budgeting, ensure accurate pricing and billing, oversee order processing, and document sales activity in Salesforce. The role requires collaboration with customer service, graphics, production, technical, and accounting teams, along with periodic travel to customer sites and facilities.

Prospects and qualifies new business opportunities for packaging solutions, conducts outreach, schedules sales meetings and demos, supports presentations and proposals, gathers market intelligence, and maintains lead and pipeline records in CRM systems. The role collaborates with Sales, R&D, and Operations to communicate customer needs and expand MCC’s market presence. Occasional travel is required for customer visits and industry events.
