Lead design and administration of physician and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) compensation and contracting. Collaborate with executive leaders, HR, finance, legal, and recruitment. Oversee compensation models, FMV and commercial reasonableness testing, quality assurance, and change management/project leadership for department initiatives.

Coordinate HR due diligence and integration for mergers and acquisitions: procure and analyze benefits, compensation, and employee data; develop integration and onboarding plans; track transactions; coordinate with HP Centers of Expertise, Benefits, Operations, and project teams; manage communications, documentation, and Workday/HP Portal employee data entry.

Lead and manage professional billing coding and clinical documentation integrity across hospitals and clinics. Oversee coding and audit education staff, ensure coding accuracy and compliance, drive process improvement, provide training, and collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to support accurate reimbursement and reliable reporting.
