Coordinates the Austin office’s daily operations, facilities, supplies, vendors, events, communications, and safety activities. Manages onboarding logistics, I-9 checks, equipment and access setup, basic HR inquiries, executive scheduling, interview coordination, and occasional recruiting support. This part-time, in-office role partners with the UK People, IT, Communications, and Talent teams to create a welcoming, organized, and engaging workplace.

Lead end-to-end qualitative UX research across B2B, B2C, and internal projects, including interviews, usability testing, concept testing, synthesis, and stakeholder recommendations. Partner with product, design, marketing, sales, engineering, and CRO teams to shape user-centered products and improve conversion. Maintain the Dovetail research repository, facilitate workshops, manage multiple projects, and support research operations, tooling, ethical practices, and GDPR-compliant data handling.
