Own the end-to-end architecture and roadmap for MyFitnessPal’s product data stack. Coordinate data platform contributions across engineering, analytics, and BI teams; establish data movement, standardization, governance, security, and compliance practices; evaluate and consolidate tools; manage access, licensing, and spend; and drive architecture standards, documentation, and adoption across the organization.

Manage CRM operations for lifecycle marketing, serving as the Braze subject-matter expert. Build segmentation, personalization, automation, templates, governance, and data processes; troubleshoot integrations and pipelines with technical partners; support campaign setup, QA, rendering, deliverability, and triggered journeys; and execute partner advertising campaigns. The role also maintains campaign tracking and improves operational efficiency through automation and scalable frameworks.

Own reliability and security of CI/CD and production services: define SLI/SLOs, lead incident response and postmortems, build observability (Datadog), operate Kubernetes and IaC (Terraform), harden pipelines with SAST/DAST/SCA and policy-as-code, and coach teams on reliability and operational best practices.
