Supports, troubleshoots, qualifies, and validates laboratory automation systems, including liquid handling robots and automated storage equipment. Develops documentation, user requirements, testing procedures, and operating procedures; provides user training and ongoing support. Collaborates with scientists, engineers, end users, and cross-functional teams to implement workflow improvements and optimize laboratory efficiency. Requires travel between Austin sites and occasional later-hour support.

Provides enterprise end-user IT support for hardware, software, office systems, peripherals, phones, and voicemail. Resolves issues through walk-up, phone, email, and ticketing channels while ensuring customer follow-through. Supports IT initiatives involving virtualization, asset and software license management, monitoring, identity management, and network and compute improvements. Develops desktop standards and configurations and assists system administrators as needed.
