Provides remote academic and financial advising to university students throughout their academic journeys. Responsibilities include monitoring degree plans and academic progress, supporting at-risk students, explaining financial aid and university policies, tracking balances, assisting with collections, resolving escalated concerns, and communicating through calls, email, text, and chat. The role also involves documentation, daily task management, team participation, and adherence to university and federal guidelines.

Leads conversion rate optimization and experimentation for National University's digital experiences. Owns the CRO roadmap, A/B and multivariate testing lifecycle, personalization strategy, behavioral analytics, KPI framework, executive reporting, and vendor relationships. Identifies journey friction and opportunities to improve inquiry, application, and enrollment conversion. Partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Enrollment, Analytics, UX, Product, Technology, and IT to deliver data-informed website optimization, personalization, and AI-assisted experiences.

Oversee high-volume, multi-state payroll operations, including weekly, biweekly, and monthly processing, tax compliance, W-2 reporting, payroll reconciliations, audits, general ledger uploads, and discrepancy resolution. Manage Workday, ADP, and OSV payroll systems, vendors, and reporting. Supervise, train, and mentor payroll staff while collaborating with HR, Finance, and external partners to maintain data integrity and improve operational efficiency.
