Own and negotiate global commercial technology agreements, including SaaS, reseller, service-level, vendor, partnership, and data processing agreements. Advise go-to-market and international teams on privacy, data protection, intellectual property, AI regulations, and cross-border transactions. Improve contract templates, negotiation playbooks, workflows, and privacy processes while supporting compliance with GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, and other global requirements.

Own the strategy, roadmap, outcomes, launch, and adoption of a high-performance AI inference platform. Coordinate multiple engineering teams across APIs, routing, performance, reliability, and enterprise features. Partner with engineering and research to improve scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency; conduct customer research and proofs of concept; and monitor AI models, inference economics, and market needs to guide product decisions.

Lead delivery of US network infrastructure initiatives while maintaining hands-on technical involvement. Set engineering and operational standards, review designs, manage incidents, drive cross-team decisions, and build automation, observability, reliability, provisioning, and CI/CD practices. Coordinate across engineering and international teams, turn operational issues into prioritized backlogs, and ensure tools, workflows, documentation, and runbooks are adopted. Help establish a new network infrastructure organization and eventually scale its team and scope.
