Serves as primary legal advisor to product, engineering, security, and go-to-market teams. Provides guidance throughout the product lifecycle on software licensing, open-source compliance, privacy, data protection, security controls, AI, cloud services, regulatory requirements, and commercial enablement. Partners with senior leaders to identify and mitigate legal risks, develop scalable frameworks and policies, support enterprise sales, and train technical and non-technical stakeholders in a global software organization.

Leads the architecture, development, deployment, and optimization of enterprise AI solutions combining Neo4j knowledge graphs, LLMs, and generative AI frameworks. Advises strategic customers, translates business needs into scalable production applications, guides stakeholder alignment, and oversees technical delivery. Develops production-level code, integrates customer systems, and applies cloud-native deployment practices. Shares expertise through workshops, training, documentation, and thought leadership while influencing product direction and mentoring teams.

Own global tax compliance, planning, and treasury operations for a high-growth software company. Responsibilities include tax provisions, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, audits, cash management, banking relationships, debt administration, foreign exchange exposure, intercompany funding, liquidity forecasting, controls, and process improvements. The role partners with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and external advisors while building scalable, audit-ready processes across international entities.
