Coordinates field, event, and partner marketing programs, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, regional events, sponsorships, and co-marketing campaigns. Manages stakeholders, vendors, venues, budgets, logistics, communications, and on-site execution. Supports marketing reporting and metrics covering registrations, attendance, campaigns, and events while collaborating with sales, finance, legal, and external partners.

Lead the technical direction and architecture of the Foundations platform team, owning authentication, authorization, SSO, secrets management, tenancy, and core platform services. Design APIs, drive services through launch, make technical decisions, establish engineering standards, and mentor engineers without formal management authority. Partner with engineering and product leaders to align execution with priorities.

Lead and mentor a software engineering squad while remaining hands-on with code reviews, design discussions, and occasional development. Own the software development lifecycle, drive sprint execution, remove blockers, ensure secure and high-quality delivery, and partner with product and engineering leadership. Support open-source contributors, communicate progress and risks, and guide engineers’ technical and professional growth.
