The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating new sales opportunities, qualifying leads, and driving first meetings through outbound campaigns and effective communication strategies.

Drive new logo revenue by qualifying prospects, running technical demos and proofs-of-concept, and creating pipeline alongside Sales. Research customer use cases, translate technical value, execute outreach campaigns, and maintain accurate CRM (HubSpot) data to support deal progression and enable sales strategy.

The VP of Engineering will oversee day-to-day operations, guide multiple engineering teams, and drive AI-native software development, ensuring product delivery and quality.
