Leads AMER enterprise Solutions Engineers as a working manager, overseeing recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, performance, and technical enablement. Supports complex customer evaluations, demos, proofs of concept, troubleshooting, partner training, and escalations. Builds executive customer relationships, develops reference accounts, supports sales growth, and collaborates cross-functionally with product, engineering, support, and customer success teams to deliver cloud security solutions and resolve customer issues.
