Lead complex, multi-vector fraud investigations and develop new detection methodologies. Serve as technical lead for offshore teams, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, recommend policy changes, and drive projects to prevent payment fraud and loss.

Investigate customer claims of unauthorized transactions, billing errors, and merchant issues. Analyze transaction histories, gather evidence, execute chargebacks via card networks, ensure compliance with Regulation E/Z, document findings, meet productivity and quality targets, and escalate patterns to leadership.

Lead the design, development, and production deployment of complex, scalable ML models. Provide technical leadership, mentor data scientists, collaborate cross-functionally, evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies, and communicate insights to executive stakeholders to drive business impact.
