Partner with OEM customers, engineering, sales, operations, and leadership to define requirements, prioritize investments, deliver scalable solutions, and measure business outcomes. Lead customer research, business cases, agile execution, launches, adoption, governance, and continuous improvement across complex B2B SaaS products.

Lead the Fortellis API platform and marketplace strategy, roadmap, governance, monetization, and execution. Manage and develop Product Managers overseeing APIs, developer experience, app marketplaces, and integration capabilities. Partner across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, Security, and commercial teams to establish API standards, lifecycle practices, self-service experiences, and AI-agent-ready workflows. Use customer research, analytics, usage data, and financial metrics to drive OKRs and measurable outcomes for dealers, OEMs, partners, developers, and internal teams.
