The Sr. Software Engineer will develop enterprise software solutions, focusing on new features, UI resources, and support production issue resolutions while collaborating with US and remote teams.

Lead drafting, negotiation, analysis, and support of complex technology-based contracts and licensing agreements; monitor compliance, identify regulatory/privacy issues, advise stakeholders, drive process improvements, and manage cross-functional legal and outside counsel engagements.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and develop new enterprise software features across service layers, integrations, UIs and data. Act as the team's primary UI resource and React subject-matter expert. Build secure web applications and APIs, design data architecture, maintain Postgres databases using Liquibase, use AWS, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Bamboo) and Test Driven Development. Support production issue resolution and propose product enhancements.
