Leads enterprise customer data strategy, governance, privacy compliance, consumer insights, and data democratization. Manages analysts and engineers while partnering with Marketing, Product, and Sales leaders to turn customer data into strategic recommendations, improve client experiences, support campaigns and product launches, and deliver trusted dashboards, catalogs, and self-service analytics tools.

Designs end-to-end user experiences and visual solutions for global navigation and search across complex digital ecosystems. The role shifts between workstreams, solves UX and interface architecture challenges, maintains cross-surface consistency, and contributes reusable patterns to the global design system. It requires strong visual craft, systemic thinking, adaptability, collaboration with product and engineering teams, and proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.

Executes campaign targeting across marketing channels, analyzes and validates customer data, measures campaign performance, and develops insights to guide communication strategy. The role supports segmentation, targeting feasibility, reporting, ad hoc analysis, and data-driven decisions in partnership with Digital Communications, Lifecycle, and eCommerce Marketing teams. This is a remote position with no travel required.
