Lead and individual-contributor role owning the visual direction, component quality, accessibility, and roadmap for an enterprise design system. Partner with engineering, product, and brand teams, mentor designers, run training and governance, and drive adoption and consistency across products.

Support the Product Delivery Manager to deploy Zoom and Polycom phone solutions across retail branches. Track and update deliverables, manipulate and upload spreadsheets, perform data QA, produce routine metrics and reporting, attend meetings and record minutes, and assist with project lifecycle tasks.

Design, build, and operate governed multi-account AWS platform capabilities: account vending, federated identity, SCP guardrails, reusable IaC modules (Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK), Git-based CI/CD promotion pipelines, centralized logging, cost controls, and automated lifecycle management for accounts and environments.
