Supervises New Jersey’s A-901 Licensing Unit, overseeing license approvals for waste and soil and fill entities. Reviews confidential Attorney General and State Police data, ensures licensing integrity and regulatory compliance, manages electronic records, oversees applicant education, supervises staff and evaluations, and supports development of a statutory billing module. The role also recommends administrative improvements and assists regulated parties and government agencies with licensing requirements.
