Lead and grow NMI’s US ISV account-management business across payments and money movement. Own revenue, retention, expansion, renewals, pricing, partner adoption, and executive relationships for a $40M book. Build and coach a four-person team, consolidate partner coverage models, establish operating playbooks, use Salesforce and AI-driven analytics, and represent partner needs to Product and Engineering. Travel is approximately 25%.

Business Strategy Intern supporting NMI’s Revenue Acceleration team through pricing, monetization, competitive, and fintech market analysis. The intern will use AI tools, build financial models and business cases, create competitive tracking assets, develop executive-ready presentations, and present strategic recommendations to leadership. This is an 11–13 week remote summer internship for students returning to school after the program.

Manages existing partner accounts to grow revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and adoption of payment, fraud, security, and enterprise solutions. Builds trusted client relationships, develops account plans, meets sales targets, resolves concerns, coordinates with internal teams, and uses reporting, analytics, and AI to identify opportunities and improve account performance.
