Teams at North

Recruit and develop ISOs, agents, ISVs, and strategic partners; sign, activate, and grow partners in first 12 months; meet revenue quotas using value-based selling; respond to partner inquiries; negotiate contracts; attend industry events to drive merchant services revenue.

Provide technical support for POS hardware, software, and networking (especially Oracle Simphony); configure and fulfill hardware orders; track inventory and RMAs; perform POS data entry, ticket routing, and documentation; escalate complex merchant issues.

Lead full lifecycle technology and business projects, coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Finance, Product, Operations), optimize internal processes, translate strategy into actionable plans with clear milestones, and manage scope, schedules, and risks to deliver measurable value.
