Manage oversight of Firefly's technical, schedule, cost, quality, and contractual performance for the Antares/Eclipse program. Lead cross-functional reviews, manage risks/opportunities, enforce contract execution, support negotiations, and present program status to stakeholders while conducting site visits and building customer relationships.

Lead regulatory compliance for global supply chain commercial determinations: audit documentation for FAR/DFARS adherence, support CPSR audits, advise stakeholders, use ERP systems (SAP/Costpoint) and MS Office, manage priorities and deadlines, and maintain procurement regulation knowledge.

Review and validate export transactions for U.S. government and company compliance; support export shipment planning, documentation, AES/ACE reporting, license management, and stakeholder guidance. Track shipments, maintain records, assist audits, and optimize transportation selections to meet contractual delivery and compliance requirements.

Lead schedule and cost control for multiple corporate projects from inception to completion. Develop and monitor project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, report status to leadership, resolve issues, and support digital transformation and financial/tooling initiatives.

Lead technical propulsion analyses, develop and validate performance models, perform trade studies, mentor engineers, manage project delivery and customer interactions, support proposals and business development for advanced tactical propulsion systems.

Lead and support design, deployment, administration, and Tier-2/3 support of AWS and hybrid-cloud systems. Maintain Linux/Windows servers, IP networking, automate operations with IaC/configuration management, produce documentation, and troubleshoot mission-critical infrastructure in a secured, fast-paced environment.
