Manage oversight of Firefly's technical, schedule, cost, quality, and contractual performance for the Antares/Eclipse program. Lead cross-functional reviews, manage risks/opportunities, enforce contract execution, support negotiations, and present program status to stakeholders while conducting site visits and building customer relationships.

Support enterprise organizational development by managing projects, change initiatives, and developing career navigation resources. Provide HR subject-matter expertise, conduct benchmarking and data analysis, create executive-ready presentations and communications, and enable skill-based career frameworks to improve internal mobility, succession planning, and employee development.

Support and optimize SAP S/4 Procure-to-Pay and Accounts Payable processes, including OpenText VIM/OCR. Provide lifecycle implementation and production support, troubleshoot integrations and authorization issues, develop/tests changes, assist month-end accruals and audits, and drive process improvements and documentation. Act as liaison between business and technical teams and provide on-call/after-hours support as needed.
