Receives, inspects, stores, picks, packs, labels, and ships materials and finished products. Operates forklifts, cranes, hoists, and other handling equipment; maintains inventory records, performs cycle counts, loads and unloads vehicles, and keeps the warehouse safe and organized. Works onsite in a manufacturing environment while following company and HSE procedures.

Supports drilling product development through field visits, design reviews, technical documentation, software and configuration management, laboratory and field testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and onsite or remote product support. Coordinates field tests, documents results, gathers operational feedback, investigates root causes, and collaborates with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve drilling technologies.

Develops and maintains production schedules based on demand, capacity, and material availability. Coordinates work through assembly and machining operations, manages work orders and requisitions, monitors capacity and inventory levels, addresses bottlenecks, and collaborates with fulfillment and support teams to improve on-time delivery and reduce lead times.

Develops, stabilizes, and improves assembly and fabrication processes across safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Responsibilities include root cause analysis, Lean implementation, process technology evaluation, tooling and work-instruction development, new product introduction, process qualification, manufacturability improvements, and technical support for production and customer issues.

Design, develop, and commercialize electrical and electromechanical products from concept to production. Define system architecture, develop embedded firmware, integrate hardware/software, perform verification and field testing, support certifications and sustaining engineering, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launches and reliability improvements.

Set up and operate CNC lathes (Okuma, Mazak) to produce precision parts. Perform setups, first-article inspections, tool changes, simple program edits, and quality checks using precision measuring tools. Maintain equipment and workspace, follow safety/HSE policies, collaborate with engineering to optimize processes, and meet production, quality, and delivery standards.

Support implementation and continuous improvement of the facility HSE management system. Identify and mitigate hazards, ensure OSHA and TCEQ compliance, conduct audits and incident investigations, deliver HSE training, maintain records and permits, support emergency response and environmental programs, and drive data-driven HSE performance improvements and employee engagement.

Compiles and reviews manufacturing record books, supplier records, user manuals, and declarations of conformity. Gathers documentation from engineering, quality, vendors, and internal teams; verifies equipment genealogy, bills of material, work orders, traceability, and ERP records. Transmits electronic and printed documentation according to customer contracts, maintains delivery schedules, provides basic process training, and supports shipment readiness while following company and HSE policies.

Lead Oracle Cloud Procurement functional design, configuration, troubleshooting, ERP implementations, testing, and business requirements. Develop Snowflake data pipelines and Sigma dashboards, implement cloud-native reporting platforms, enable AI-driven insights, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. The role provides solution architecture, data strategy, functional leadership, demos, user sessions, and production support across global Oracle environments. Requires 25% domestic and international travel.
