Design, develop, and support MDT Totco surface products (sensors, gas detection, data acquisition and control). Support full product lifecycle from concept through commercialization and sustaining engineering, perform analysis, testing, validation, field testing at customer sites, create and maintain CAD drawings and documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manufacturing.

Supervise and coach the QC inspection team to ensure compliance with company, customer, and industry quality standards. Oversee daily inspection operations, maintain accurate quality records, manage WIP priorities, analyze quality data for improvements, enforce procedures, ensure equipment calibration, and collaborate with production to resolve quality issues while promoting safety and continuous improvement.

Set up and operate CNC lathes (Okuma, Mazak) to produce precision parts. Perform machine setup, first-article inspections, simple program edits, load parts with hoist, use precision measuring tools, maintain tooling and equipment, follow HSE policies, collaborate with engineering to optimize processes, and meet quality, delivery, and productivity standards.
