Advise affordable housing developers on LIHTC (9% and 4%) transactions from feasibility through closing. Lead application and allocation strategy, evaluate underwriting and capital stacks, support closings and 8609 issuance, manage client relationships, coordinate stakeholders, and mentor staff while contributing to practice knowledge sharing.

Under close supervision, complete tax and audit engagements, identify and communicate issues, conduct business-specific research and reporting, develop client relationships, meet firm deadlines, and support team projects. Must be willing to work evenings/weekends and travel domestically as needed.

Perform tax and/or audit engagement tasks under supervision, identify and communicate issues, conduct business-specific research and data analysis, compile reports and recommendations, build client relationships, and support partners and managers on assigned projects during the busy season internship.

Provide underwriting, capital stack structuring, application and allocation strategy, agency interaction, financial modeling review, client relationship management, and staff mentoring. Support closings, post-award compliance, and internal practice development.

Manage and review tax engagements with minimal supervision, supervise and mentor staff, perform research and client-facing work, improve team profitability, and work toward CPA licensure. Support engagement management, identify and resolve issues, and ensure timely, accurate tax deliverables.

Manage and lead tax engagements from planning through completion; supervise, mentor and evaluate staff; conduct engagement and technical reviews; grow client relationships and pursue new business; ensure timely, accurate deliverables and contribute to office profitability and firm branding through presentations and publications.
