Advise affordable housing developers on LIHTC (9% and 4%) transactions from feasibility through closing. Lead application and allocation strategy, evaluate underwriting and capital stacks, support closings and 8609 issuance, manage client relationships, coordinate stakeholders, and mentor staff while contributing to practice knowledge sharing.

Manage and review tax engagements with minimal supervision, supervise and mentor staff, perform research and client-facing work, improve team profitability, and work toward CPA licensure. Support engagement management, identify and resolve issues, and ensure timely, accurate tax deliverables.

Perform tax and/or audit engagement tasks under supervision, identify and communicate issues, conduct business-specific research and data analysis, compile reports and recommendations, build client relationships, and support partners and managers on assigned projects during the busy season internship.

Process accounts payable transactions including invoice coding, weekly check runs, ACH extractions, vendor reconciliations, credit card and 1099 administration, support time & billing, resolve AP inquiries, and maintain vendor accounts and related records.

Under close supervision, complete tax and audit engagements, identify and communicate issues, conduct business-specific research and reporting, develop client relationships, meet firm deadlines, and support team projects. Must be willing to work evenings/weekends and travel domestically as needed.

Lead enterprise systems product strategy and roadmaps, prioritize investments, drive adoption and measurable outcomes, guide cross-functional teams and vendors, ensure alignment with IT/security, and recommend optimization, consolidation, or replacement of systems.
