The Senior Accountant completes tax and audit engagements with minimal supervision, reviews work, manages engagement responsibilities, researches business matters, and develops client relationships. The role supervises and mentors staff, identifies problems and recommends solutions, manages time and profitability, and pursues CPA licensure. Responsibilities require accounting and tax knowledge, strong communication, organization, attention to detail, collaboration, and the ability to manage shifting priorities, deadlines, occasional evenings or weekends, and domestic travel when needed.
