Manages Data Management staff, resource allocation, recruitment, onboarding, performance, and professional development. Provides expert oversight of clinical data management deliverables, technical solutions, process improvements, system validation, project budgets, timelines, quality, audits, proposals, and sponsor interactions. Leads biometrics support activities, training initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and bid defenses while ensuring clinical studies comply with GCP, regulatory requirements, SOPs, and project agreements.

Manage clinical trial projects end-to-end as primary Novotech client contact. Oversee timelines, budgets, vendors, site selection, recruitment, eTMF/CTMS maintenance, risk management, regulatory/GCP compliance, and team deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget study delivery.

Supports leaders and employees across North America on employee relations, performance management, HR operations, leave administration, compliance, onboarding, HRIS updates, reporting, training, engagement, and employee communications. The role partners with managers, maintains employment records, coordinates accommodations and leave processes, supports recruitment and performance programs, and delivers practical HR solutions while improving employee experience and data integrity.
