Responsible for achieving sales and profit goals in the US Midwest territory, managing Novus business, developing partnerships, and collaborating with marketing and technical services.

Manage product application systems, provide support to sales teams, conduct installations and maintenance of liquid application systems, and oversee vendor relations.

Implement the C.O.W.S. program across the Midwest and Central US: collect and analyze cow comfort and management data, support ruminant product sales, build customer relationships, draft field materials, collaborate with sales and marketing, use CRM and analytics tools, and ensure compliance with company policies and budgets.
