Support site selection by gathering and analyzing underwriting inputs, maintaining and updating financial models, performing IRR/NPV and sensitivity analyses, preparing presentations, and coordinating assumptions with stakeholders to inform investment recommendations.

Develop and execute community outreach and engagement strategies for data center markets. Build stakeholder relationships, design community investment and partnership programs, coordinate cross-functional teams for permitting and issue mitigation, represent the company in public forums, and measure/report program outcomes and community sentiment.
