Teams at Numerator

Design, build, and productionize complex Bayesian and probabilistic modeling pipelines. Lead methodology and technical direction, collaborate with Product/Data/Engineering, mentor data scientists, communicate results to stakeholders, and apply hierarchical, state-space, time-series, and graphical modeling at scale with strong emphasis on uncertainty and model validation.

Lead end-to-end quantitative research projects for assigned clients: scope, design surveys, define samples, analyze data, and deliver client-ready insights and recommendations. Serve as primary client contact, guide clients to full-service or DIY solutions on Numerator's platform, use AI-enabled tools responsibly, mentor analysts, support sales and consulting efforts, and manage multiple projects while protecting scope, quality, and timelines. Travel as required.

Lead and grow a small ML engineering team while staying hands-on: design and ship GenAI features, build agentic LLM systems (NER, classification, retrieval, summarization), partner with PM and engineering, scope ambiguous problems, and reduce COGS through ML automation.
