Provides white-glove customer service and operational support to physician and dermatology partners. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, placing and managing orders, triaging communications, onboarding partners to the Growth Partner Platform, maintaining Salesforce records, resolving account issues, and collaborating with Business Development Managers to support customer satisfaction and revenue growth. This is a remote role limited to candidates located on the East Coast.

Manage high-volume accounts payable for inventory and operating expenses: process and code invoices, maintain vendor records, reconcile statements, resolve discrepancies, analyze AP aging, review marketing costs, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes while supporting ad hoc accounting requests.

Manage Amazon channel financials including month-end close, reconciliations, forecasting, P&L and balance sheet flux analysis, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, Tableau/QuickBooks/MS Dynamics data analysis, bank reconciliations, cost tracking, AP support, and ad hoc reporting to guide executive decision-making.
